That Puck Daddy piece is neither offensive nor funny. It’s typical STL stupidity and I’m sure those assholes laughed out loud while they wrote it. The real humor is the fact that they think Dub made a deal with the devil to beat them and that 88 is the spawn of satan himself instead of just focusing on the fact that they have a shitty Captain and at least 3 ass clowns attempting to play hockey. Thanks St. Louis, you never let us down.

    • Andrew Heitman

It was, just, awful. I read it all the way through just so I could say “yes, I read the whole thing and none of it was good”. I typically enjoy these things but this was not creative nor was it insightful.

No, they cannot (because they don’t have the capability or permission to do so.)

    • Sparky_The_Bard-barian

It was a good three line groaner, that went on for six pages.

It wasn’t even bad enough to be like a train wreck of a horror movie, it as just dumb. My 6 year old nieces could write a better one.

Got 1/3 of the way the through and stopped. Thanks to those who bit the bullet for the rest of us and confirmed that at no point did it redeem itself. Those eulogies are usually funny as hell, which is maybe why they decided to use it as a setting… Fuck that hurt to read. Anaheim it is, and fuck Corey Perry.

  • Dan Treadwell

Wow, that Wild eulogy was just terrible. I’m seriously considering suing them for wasting my time. That literally made my brain hurt.

  • JKM13

My only emotion on that eulogy is embarrassment.

    • WookRN

I wanted it to be funny. I REALLY did. I did chuckle at “the average temperature of hell is lower than Phoenix.”

Seriously. It was just sad. Niederreiter, that hard to pronounce? I happen to like St. Paul. etc, etc, etc

Boy, I wish I could be totally convinced that Chicago will win two games in Anaheim to take the series in 5. It could obviously happen, but I’m thinking they’ll need their home game match-up advantages to knock the Ducks out.

  • zamm

Hawks in 5, would we? Geez, I dunno..

I thouhht the eulogy was one of the best I’ve read. Very creative, and in an eerie way explains a lot. The twist at the end was quite funny.
Brad Lee is a pretty good writer, whenever I contaminate my mind by reading stlouisgametime, Brad is the first person I read.
